  • Ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required documents.

  • Review all confirmations and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

  • Comply with the terms of all travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).

3. Payments and Fees

  • A non-refundable planning fee may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

  • Full payment must be made by the supplier’s deadline to secure travel arrangements.

  • We accept payments via secure methods as indicated on your invoice.

  • Prices are subject to change until paid in full.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier. You are responsible for understanding the terms of each component of your itinerary.

  • JadeSet Travel Co. is not responsible for supplier cancellations, delays, or policy enforcement.

  • If a cancellation occurs, refunds (if applicable) will be subject to supplier policies and may incur fees.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen events, including cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays. It is your responsibility to review and purchase appropriate coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

JadeSet Travel Co. acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

  • Acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers.

  • Personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or delays caused by suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Changes to itinerary or travel conditions due to weather, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Modifications
